With all this startup hype around just posting links on Facebook would have been too stupid. So we tried to invent a completely new idea for the sports industry – outsourcing approach ;-)
In any business it’s essentially cheaper and more cost-effective to outsource all the non-core tasks to skilled professionals, who are the best on the given task. With professional sport it’s the same: the figure skating or the synchronous swimming coaches would not build hands, body and would not develop the plastique.

The classic base is required for the professional figure skaters, Olympic gymnasts, synchronous swimmers, acrobatic gymnasts and more.
Professional sport is a high margin business. So sportsmen are ready to invest big money in own development, because they’re first who are interest in results and achievements. The logic is easy: no results – wins, no wins – no money prizes.
Today we have a studio with loyal customers and growth ambitions. Our small team is currently of three graduate professionals with 7++ years of professional experience. With additional funding we could hire a quality business developer to ensure the profit growth and the customer base growth. This approach would allow us, the coaches, to focus on what we’re skilled the best – growing the skilled sportsmen.
Again, we’re working and profitable today, and the mentioned sportsmen development outsourcing is a part of our business. Yet we see the potential of this business and are limited in funds and business skills to develop it properly.
So what’s revolutionary here? The approach itself – the sportsmen development outsourcing service. Not just searching for some acquainted coach who could do the trick, but going to a highly specialized business entity with a proven track of wins.
It’s time to test this idea against the business angels ;-)
